No — you can book as a guest with just your name, phone, and email. Creating an account just lets you see your full booking history and manage upcoming bookings in one place.

Use the Track a Booking page with your reference code (e.g. JEEP-A7K2M9PQ), or the cancellation link sent to your email when you booked.

Refunds are graded by how far ahead of your slot you cancel: 100% at 48+ hours, 75% at 24–48 hours, 25% under 24 hours, 0% after the slot starts. Full details are on our Cancellation Policy page.

Per jeep, not per person — the price shown covers the whole vehicle up to its seat capacity (usually 6). Split it between your group however you like.

Capacity depends on the specific vehicle assigned to your slot — shown on the safari and slot selection pages, typically up to 6 guests.

Yes — every driver is manually approved before they can list any slots, and their vehicle details are on file. You'll see your driver's name and vehicle before you pay.

Use the "Request this date" form right on the safari page — we'll notify you the moment a driver opens up a matching slot. You can also WhatsApp us directly for group or custom-date requests.

Yes, automatically. The moment you sign up or log in using the same phone number or email you booked with, that earlier guest booking links to your account and appears in your booking history.
