1. Who we are
Explore Kerala is an online marketplace connecting travelers in Thekkady, Kerala with independent jeep safari drivers. We facilitate slot discovery, booking, and payment — the safari itself is operated by the individual driver you book with.
2. Bookings & payment
A safari slot is held for you for a limited window while you complete payment via Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is captured. Prices shown are per jeep and include our platform commission — the amount you pay is the final amount, no hidden fees.

4. Your responsibilities
Arrive on time for your booked slot. Follow your driver's safety instructions and the forest department's rules at all times. Explore Kerala and its drivers are not liable for delays or losses caused by weather, wildlife movement restrictions, or forest department closures outside our control.
5. Driver conduct
All drivers listed on Explore Kerala are vetted and approved before they can publish slots. If a driver's conduct or vehicle falls short of what was promised, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.
6. Driver payouts
Drivers are not paid automatically through Razorpay — we collect the full payment from the tourist, then settle each driver's earnings (the ride price minus our platform commission) directly via bank transfer or UPI on a regular schedule. Drivers can track their pending and settled earnings from their dashboard at any time.
